In the year one thousand eight hundred twenty on the third day of December, before us, Jeżów Parish priest and Officer of the Civil Records Office in this Parish, Rawa District, Województwo (province) Mazowieckie, presented himself Michał Thon, fifty years old, a farmer from Stefanów, residing in the House number 3, and showed us a male infant, born in the same House on the first day of the current month and year at the fifth hour in the morning, declaring that this infant was begotten of him and Rosina Pett, thirty years old, his wife, and that he wants to give him the name Jędrzej (Andreas).
