Translation request - just two words from land owner's index
I am working with the Alphabetical directory of the municipality of Jawornik Polski, which I downloaded from the State Archives in Przemyśl. There are two words that appear on every page after the land owner's name and before the name of the village. But I cannot decipher the German handwriting. I've circled them in the attached image. Can you tell me what these words are, and what they mean in this context?
Someone on the Poland Research page suggested that the highlighted word in entries 3 and 6 is "Bauer" which means peasant/farmer, and the highlighted word in entries 4 and 5 is "Städtler", or more of a city dweller. But she also recommended I ask for confirmation in the Germany Research group. To my eyes, the first letter for entries 3 & 6 do not look like a "B" that matches the surnames of that page, thus my request for help from German experts.

I agree with the person from the Poland Research Group.
Bauer = farmer
Städtler = city dweller; town dweller
The reason the "B" in the surnames differs from the "B" in "Bauer" is likely that the scribe carefully printed the capital "B" in the surnames and then wrote in typical German script the captial "B" in "Bauer".
