Translation:
On July 2, which was the Feast of Visitation Day, the little son of Clemmed Pers[son] and Ester(?) Andersdotter was born and was christened Lars on the 3rd Sunday after Trinity. Bängt Pers[son]'s wife Bängta Persdotter bore him, witnesses were Jöns Persson, Måns Nilsson, and Per Andersson.
