You could have relatives in FamilySearch’s shared FamilyTree to discover right now!
FamilySearch Genealogies is a directory of hundreds of thousands of pedigrees that have been added to the shared tree. Genealogies from other organizations such as the International Genealogical Index and MyTrees.com are also included in the database.
Search by surname. You can also filter by location if you want to narrow your results.
Once you find someone you think you might be related to, you can click on the person to reveal more information about their parents and descendants to see if they are indeed related to you. The person who added the name may be listed and can be contacted for more information.
