Help in Identifying occasion of these Photos and possible year
The couple are my German Aunt & Uncle. Leni Leidecker & Heinrich Schäfer. They were married Aug 20, 1921. I don't think it is wedding as she looks older than 22 years old too me. I see a lot of flowers, maybe a bottle of wine, and suitcases. I do not recognize any Leideckers in the people; they seem to resemble Heinrich. Also, I find it interesting that the two dogs are in the picture.
My father was the youngest of the four children in the Leidecker family born in 1908. His sister in this picture was the oldest. He and his oldest brother(Josef) immigrated to America on Feb 21,1926 (have passenger list)

Here's my analysis:
Heinrich and Leni are the focal point of the festivities. Gifts of flowers with cards predominate (with 1 bottle of wine). It's definitely a family focused event. In the group photo Leni has her hand on the shoulder of a young man. The affection and age difference suggests that it is her son Alfred. Heinrich similarly has his hand on an older man's shoulder - probably his father.
Based upon the appearance of the age of Alfred (who was born in 1923) in the picture and the other particulars I would guess it is a celebration of the Silver (25th) anniversary of Heinrich and Leni's marriage. So August of 1946.
Edit to add: I see by the 1885 marriage record of Heinrich's parents that his father Conrad was born in 1854 but the older man in the picture is not 92 years old. So perhaps Heinrich has his hand on an older brother (or uncle).

If you zoom into the photo on the right of the husband, you will see an ornament with the number 25 in the flowers, so I agree with @JohnsonGreg that this is the this is the silver wedding anniversary of Heinrich and Leni.
