Translation request - just two words from land owner's index
I am working with the Alphabetical directory of the municipality of Jawornik Polski, which I downloaded from the State Archives in Przemyśl. There are two words that appear on every page after the land owner's name and before the name of the village. But I cannot decipher the handwriting. I've circled them in the attached image. Can you tell me what these words are, and what they mean in this context?

The highlighted word in entries 3 and 6 is "Bauer" and means peasant/farmer, and the highlighted word in entries 4 and 5 is "Städtler", or more of a city dweller, as best as I can translate it. You could also try asking on the Germany Research page too.
