why cant i upload ??

Two questions.

I have uploaded many many times documents. For some reason now it says Failed to upload. I tried changing the name, thinking it was something like characters, then I tried re collecting file and downloading it again but same thing?? I tried over and over. But there is no message saying what I'm doing wrong?? It would be nice if it gave an error message telling me how I have erred.

Also can someone tell me what they think this says "Leather ….." By the way this is the same document im trying to save. Its a .Jpg

When trying to add any memory through the person page, an error message occurs at the end.
