Here is what I can decipher from the record:

Hans, child of Jöns Hansson and his wife Kirstin Gudmunsdotter in Fröåsa, born on the 22nd and baptized on the 26th September. Witnesses: Knut from Södra Rothult …. <can't read the rest>
