4 great grandmother,
looking for Annie Arkansas Cleveland Dacus. At a brick wall. In Greenville, SC in early 1900. A place named Dacusville. Supposed to have married Archball Dacus. Had son Thomas Anthony Dacus. Not sure if Cherokee or Arkansas. Any help would be appreciated. Mary Frances Broome

In 1900 Census there is an Annie May Cleveland born in September of 1899 in Spartanburg, South Carolina She is black and her parents are OSham and Maggie Cleveland. Both of her parents where born in SC and it had 3 more sisters. Does this sound like your line?

What I really need is more information. When did she marry? When was the son born? Are you solid on her name having Arkansas and Cleveland in it? Where did she marry and where was the son born? Where have you looked?
