Entering Chinese names in Tree
When typing using the Chinese template on Tree, the Chinese keyboard doesn't seem to work. However it does work in other areas of FamilySearch, such as the Village Finder. Does anyone have any ideas? This might be a Tech Support issue?

If you have downloaded Chinese font (Microsoft Pinyin; or Microsoft bopomofo) in your computer you can either of them to type the pronunciation and pick the right character to enter a name in Famiy Tree. If you can attach a screenshot of what problem you have encountered that might help us to know what the problem is. Alternatively, you may book a 20-minutes free online consultation to have an one-on-one meeting to resolve the problem. This is the booking page: go.oncehub.com/ResearchStrategySession
click on Asia then pick the Chinese Ancestors
then follow the instructions to fill out your time zone and other information.
