May I ask what type of record this is? It is not the baptismal register of Ottenbach (where Susanna has not been baptised) - is a listing of external baptisms with Ottenbach parents?

Good question. The baptism is not in the Ottenbach records. It could be somewhere else.

Can you tell me why the children are out of order on this Household record for Johannes and Susanna? Also what are the words before Susanna, child number 2? This record clearly states the birth and baptismal dates for Susanna. I'm not sure where to look for her birth record. KG

Found her baptism - see Johann Leberecht Bär ooI 1860 Susanna Sidler.

Aus der obenstehende(n) Ehe = from the above mentioned marriage: after the first child being illegitimate. Why Susanna would be mentioned prior to her older siblings I don't know.
