Error when adding living individuals copied from FS Tree to Family Group Tree

When trying to copy some living individuals from the Family Search Tree to our Family Group Tree, I keep getting an error message that says: "We failed to copy this person into the group tree." This is happening on iOS app, chrome browser, Firefox and with the same individual via different family search accounts (all members of the shared family group) all with the same error message. What am I missing?

@AicheleT I'm not entirely sure at this moment. Let's check a couple of things.
First, only the person who has that living individual in their FamilySearch Tree can use that ID. Anyone else trying to use that ID will not work. So if you are trying to add someone by using the ID that they see for themselves, you cannot do that. That ID exists in that user's tree and no one else can see that particular profile. Example: my ID that I see for myself is GGG1-234. My husband cannot use the ID GGG1-234 to make a copy of me in the Family Group Tree. He must use the ID that he sees when he looks at his own FamilySearch Tree.
Second, we have noted recently that if you are a child of a famous person whose profile in FamilySearch Tree is locked, you will not be able to create a link to that famous person. We are currently working on this error.
If neither of these is the situation that you have, would you be able to upload screenshots of each step so that we can assess where in the program the error is coming in?
