Refresh Pedigree
Anyone else getting this error? It occurs on one whole level of my tree - N+2. Neigher button has any effect. The button on any one of the siblings of that particular row will not expand to show the others. I have to come back down from their parent to see them all together.

@Alfred5476 Are you still getting this error? If so, can you post a screenshot of your entire screen (block out names of living people) and tell us what steps you take that shows this error. Also, if you could include what operating system and browser you are using. This information will help us to pinpoint the error and fix it.

I no longer have the error. I worked with the help desk to get the solution, which was to change the order (or position, I forget the exact term) of one of the parents.
