I'll let someone else translate if they can! but I followed Sara, b 1776, it says that she moved to Ormesberga 1810, she did in fact move there 1800 and returned to Tjureda 1804, she the left again and married Soldier Jonas Ström b 1792, her birth date changed to 1777. She died 1842-03-03

For Sara Pehrsdotter the note is "oferdig (ofärdig) och siuklig (sjuklig) = lame/crippled and sickly".
For Stina it reads that she moved to Ormesberga in 1810 and then "gift med en Soldat = married to/with a soldier". I can't really make out what the crossed-out part is saying. I might be able to read it when I get to the FamilySearch Library next Tuesday and have access to ArkivDigital.
Concerning Helena Catharina, I believe it says she left with Nils Nilsson. There is also a date, 13 April 1811, mentioned in the note - that may be his (Nils Nilsson's) death date. If you look down the page a couple of lines, you see Nils Nilsson (b. 25 April 1784) who is married to your Helena Cat[harina] born 22 November 1787 along with a son Johan Petter (b. 10 January 1812.
Then, the next line in the household examination record has "inh[yses] enka = lodger widow" Lena Cath[arina] Björnberg (b. 22 Nov 1787 - so the same person) along with son Johan Peter (b. 10 Jan 1812), son Sven (b. 23 Dec? 1813) and daughter Anna Caisa (b. 28 June 1816). The note for her is "utfattig = reduced to the utmost poverty". Then there is a note for the whole family. Part of it is "flyttade = moved", but I am not certain what precedes it - it looks like "åhr" which would be "year", but that doesn't make sense to me since it is written in the column that should indicate the place they moved to.
