Translation Request - Thank you!
We believe we have found two family birth records. We would be so grateful if they could be translated to English:

I see one birth record and one death record, not two birth records.
Birth Record
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-L9W5-6NWQ
Giovanni Maraffino, age 45, living in Villa di Chiavenna, stated that on the 8th day of the current month [8 Jun 1887] to Maria Donati, daughter of Pietro, his wife that he lives with was born a female baby and they named it Catterina Carmelina
EDIT: in the house located in Ponteggia at number one hundred and seventy-two
Death Record

on 30 Jul 1874, two witnesses came forward and declared that Anna Scuichetti of the age of two years, born and living in this town, Villa di Chiavenna, daughter of Giorgio and the deceased Francesca Giorgetta, died yesterday, 29 July [29 Jul 1874] at 5 p.m. Let me know if you want the details regarding the witnesses.
EDIT: in her home in the hamlet of San Sebastiano at number one hundred and forty-eight of natural death
There are a number of neighborhoods/hamlets (frazioni) in that town. See the list and other key details here: https://www.comuni-italiani.it/014/077/index.html

Thank you so much!
I've located the my ancestors' neighborhoods of San Sebastiano and Ponteggia in the village, but the house numbers from the late 1800s don't seem to match the house numbers today. Do you have any advice for trying to locate exactly where an old civic house number (such as 172 in Ponteggio or 148 in San Sebastiano) is located today?

Sorry, I do not know how you would do that other than by actually visiting the town. Looking via Google Earth, most of those roads and houses are rather new. Visiting the Town Hall may yield information or provide old maps. I suppose the town hall could be emailed to help determine if there are old maps or ways to figure that out. But you would have to do that in Italian.
