Translation help please. Gabriel Nunes de Figueirado

On this baptism record, I can read all of it except two things.

1) the note in the margin about his marriage. What is the date and place? 4 July 1930? Nelas?

2) Who was Joaquina Dias, widow of this place? I can’t understand the words before her name.

Note that Gabriel’s mother was 51 years old when he was born. I wonder if he was her grandson and not her son.

• 2) Maria Joaquina Dias was the baptizer. The words are "(…) pus os santos óleos a um indivíduo do sexo masculino que havia sido baptizado em necessidade por Maria Joaquina Dias, viúva, deste lugar."

• P.S. The family name is Figueiredo.
