Can't access my file
Hi! I can no longer access my CET. I can see it listed on FamilySearch, but when I click on my tree from my uploaded gedcom, it just goes gray/doesn't load. Can someone please contact me to help access? Thank you

@C.Hales I sent you a message with a screenshot showing how to access CET. However, if you are able to access CET, but your own tree is gray/doesn't load, this is another issue. Please send me a screenshot of the steps you have taken to access your tree and the results you receive. Again, thank you for testing early access CET.

@mynameistk
Thank you. I followed the steps and it is still not working. (Yesterday when I clicked on the tree, it went blurry as if going to open, but it did not open. Today, when I click on the desired CET, it opens to show this page (see screenshot), but it does not let me view the tree. (It also doesn't let me delete the trees.)
(Notes: I am on a pc with chrome browser. My gedcoms were exported from Legacy.)

@c.hales Would you be able to upload a new CET from that same gedcome file? I see there is only 1 person in each of your 3 CETs. Is that accurate?

Yes, There should be about 700-1100 people. In the file I will now upload is 1109 individuals. (exported from Legacy, gedcome5.5)

Hi! I have tried another upload - this time one from Ancestry — it is not working either.
