Trouble adding ancestors to Group Family Tree
We have discovered some new information about our ancestors and have tried multiple times to add them to our tree primarily using the "+' that appears when hovering over the empty blocks. The input pop up shows up, however, populating it with data and attempting to save it results in a message something like "Temporarily unavailable try again later." I find it difficult to believe that one cannot add family members to the tree. Having come back at different times to make the entries, and failed each time though, has become a source of frustration. Any ideas why this has been happening? Thank you.

Mom found that making an entry worked from an iPad; The reported problem with data entry seems to be MacBook and Google Chrome browser related.

@Steven_Poaletti Thank you for telling us what operating system and browser you were using when you got the error. If I understand correctly, while working the tree you clicked on the plus sign, selected the relationship you wanted to add and typed in the name and other information but when you clicked the save button, you got the error to 'Try back later'. Is this correct?
What pedigree view were you in? Did you try other pedigree views to see if you could add the family member's profile there?
