What's an easy way to go back to the beginning & delete what I've done so I can start over?

    Go to entry #1, then delete the information that is in every field. Once you've reached the last field in that first entry, go back up to the first field for that entry.

    Click on this icon. This will delete all the information for that field in every entry.

    Repeat those steps for the remaining fields and you will have a clean slate.

    I didn't realize I was doing my indexing (City directories) wrong until I got to almost 100 entries. I was hoping for a quick way to delete all of them so that I could start over in a timely manner.

    @Julie Poulson, the method that erutherford described is fairly quick: there are only six fields in each indexing entry of the city directories, so you'll need to do the "delete contents" and "click the fill-down tool" steps a grand total of six times.
