Wife cannot see the group tree
I created the family group and added my family members to the tree. I invited my wife to join the group and she is now a member of the group, but when she clicks on the shared tree, she receives an error message saying, "We couldn't find you in the tree. This may be because no one added you to the tree."
How do we get the family group tree to work for my wife?

Easiest way to get around this is to cancel out of that message and click the Starting Person link in the Group and Tree Settings box:
This should show her a list of female profiles already in the tree and she can choose the one that is her.
You get that Can't find you in the tree message because the system tries to match your personal profile information from your FamilySearch account settings with one of the tree profiles in the family group tree that you are joining. If your information doesn't match, then it says it cannot find you. Two issues that we know cause this are: if you have your married surname in your account settings but your profile in the family group tree has your maiden surname or vice versa or if the birth dates don't match. One additional issue might be if someone else is already linked to that profile.
