Have tried both a ged and a zip file and my database will not load
Is there an upload problem or limit to size of database at the moment. Could someone message me so that I am not wasting time with multiple attempts to upload. Ad blocker has been disabled.

I think there may be a GEDCOM file size limit as one of my 'big' ones wouldn't load either. I have an open question similar to yours awaiting further info

@DianeDuncan01 @Mark McKenzie_1 There is not a size limit for the GEDCOM. Please tell us the 3rd party software that you are using and the operating system and browser being used to create your CET.
I will make the engineers aware of your posts and will most likely be reaching out to you privately to obtain a copy of your GEDCOM file.

@Tomie K. Avant Tomie, I'm creating the GEDCOM using Ancestry's create/download function. A smaller GEDCOM, also from Ancestry, has worked fine..

Hi,
I am using Legacy Family Tree software on Windows 11 using Chrome/Bing. A copy of my ged was sent yesterday.

@DianeDuncan01 @Mark McKenzie_1 I have received both gedcom files and have forwarded them to the engineering team. Thank you again for testing this product and offering feedback.

I am having the same problem as many others. I have a gedcom exported from Family Tree Builder that is 5.1 mb. I am using a 2023 16-inch MacBook Pro with an M2 chip running Sequoia 15.3.1. The error message is "There was an error creating this tree."
I tried three times and then tried creating a new gedcom and tried again. Thank you.

@drbking
What was the name of your file and roughly what day and time did you try uploading? I'll have an engineer take a look at it.0 -
Thank you for the quick reply. I saw a suggestion that I try a gedcom directly from MyHertitage. That seems to be working. I will repost if the upload fails at any point or loads incorrectly. Thank you.
