Here's a chain of records to prove the parents:

-Clara Gersonius' household examination record, line number 24, living with foster parents August Olsson and Maria Andersdotter (this record notes that they left to America in 1887/1888)

-Clara Fredrika Gersonius' birth record, entry number 334 in 1874, with parents Sixten Georg Gersonius and his girlfriend/fiance Johanna Maria Larsdotter (also Johanna was 29 years old).

-Sixten Gersonius' household examination record, line number 1 in 1882, with a note mentioning his fiance "Johanna Maria Larsdotter, died 9 Jul 1876" and mentions his daughter "Klara Fredrika, born 13 August 1874"

-Johanna Maria Larsdotter's death record, line number 171 on 9 July 1876, gives her age as 30 years, 9 months, 15 days which would be a birth date of 24 Sep 1845

-Johanna Larsdotter's household examination record, line number 33 in 1860s, with parents Lars Nilsson and Annika Christiansdotter. The birthdate matches exactly. Lars Nilsson was born 8 Sep 1824 and interestingly Annika was born 1 April 1898 (almost 30 years older).

Thank you so much for your prompt and very complete research. I think I am ready to go with these additions to my tree.
Questions - 1. Do you think I can now start to research Sixten George Gersonis parents. Have tried and nothing seems to come up. 2. You mentioned that there is a 30 year difference in births of Lars and Annika in your last paragraph. If Lars Nilsson was born in 1824 and Annika Christiansdoer was born in 1898 it more like 60 or 70 years difference unless I am reading this incorrectly. Also how can I print this.

My apologies, Annika was born 1798. It was a typo on my part. The records say that Sixten Georg Gersonius was born in Traryd parish in Kronoberg county. I would expect his birth record to be in those church records. Sixten Gersonius has such a unique name that hopefully his family would come up in regular searches. I would recommend searching FamilySearch, MyHeritage, and ideally ArkivDigital if you have access to it. ArkivDigital is available at FamilySearch Centers for free, if you have one near you.

As for printing this thread, if you have a windows computer press the "Ctrl" key and the "P" key together, it should let you print. If you have a Mac, you can press "Command" key and "P."
