Missing Hints
Many are telling me their Hints are no longer showing on the New Homepage. Will they come back?

So I have one hint only. Only it is not a hint, it is a Recently Viewed view. I reported it. I received pat answers. I cleared FamilySearch Cookies as directed. BTW, the Feedback tab still only displays an error and asks that I go to the Community - which must be this. So I'm here to give feedback. The main page is the same in all browsers and with the FamilySearch cookies renewed or refreshed or removed. Whatever. I miss the Record Hints section. I really miss it. I want it back. I'm sure the reason why there are no Hints is because of the request to manipulate them so the one desired is at the top position on the page. What you are displaying is a half-baked attempt at programming. I use a MacBook Pro and I use Firefox, Vivaldi, LibreWolf, Opera - and Chrome. At least you could post a message saying "Oops, we goofed" on the new main page for members instead of making us waste time skirting the issue and making us chase "it must be your computers fault" nonsense.
Oh I also turned off my "Lockdown Mode" just in case that was adversely affecting stuff. It made no difference, so I will turn it back on and hope my system was not compromised.

@RobertLeighPritchett , I can't explain why some people are seeing hints on their home page (I and many others certainly do) and others are not (you and some others are not).
But you can always go to the Hints page and see your hints there. Just make sure that you have turned on the Records filter (and the Temple filter, if that's available to you and you want to see temple hints as well).
If the Hints page shows you hints, then you will at least have a workaround to get to hints until such time as the home page is fixed to show the hints widgets for everyone.

As expressed elsewhere, when I go to the Hints page, I get this ongoing > "Sorry. No hints could be displayed
We're having trouble displaying hints at the moment. Please reload the page. If it still doesn't work, check back later."
I've checked back later.
My workaround has been to go here instead > https://www.familysearch.org/campaign/hints

I am having the same issue with record and temple hints. Some times there are over 3000 hints and at other times there are no hints other then recent reviews. In the last week record and temple hints have only been there once, and as soon as I looked at a hint and worked with it, the hints never showed up again. Very frustrating.

Ditto. And changing and refreshing the browser and updating the cookies cache is not effective against this.

I'm guessing the rolluptest page is being readied for RootsTech for public member use. Very positive feedback from those I've shared it with so far. I have been going through the profiles listed there in each layer that have missing data, so they can become temple ready in my direct lines. This fan chart shows your direct lines and the green dots have numbers in them to indicate what is temple ready after you click on each one and a list of all profiles in that line that are still pending. The later layers have the black "fan" icon that opens up earlier generations when you hover over those names and click on the black "fan". I've asked that it be blue instead, to indicate that it is clickable, to follow web standardization.

I looked at both of the links that RobertLeighPritchard posted and they work very well as a workaround. Thank you so much for showing them to us. I still do not have any Temple or record hints show up on my login page , but they show up on my wife's login page.

I have been using record hints for some time now to do research and add sources to my family tree. They disappeared for a while and now they are back. Now only three hints show up and a SHOW All Button with the number of hints available . In my situation 480. If I click on the SHOW ALL button the page repopulates and then only the top name of the three on the first page show. Although it shows 480 hints available I have no way to access them. I have also worked with the workaround familysearch.org/campaign/ hints as suggested by RobertLeighPritchert. It showed 30 hints to work with and after going through those record hints, attaching or discarding those hints, I have no way of refreshing the page and getting new hints or removing the hints I have already resolved. Any help with this situation would be appreciated.

Yes, the Hints page accessible via the Activities tab, only renews or populates once a month, after you have gone through those hints.
On the main page for FamilySearch, the temple and hints sections appear on the left after a while. I tend to do the 3 that appear, refresh the page and maybe new ones appear. When they don't I go and do other stuff.
I spend a lot more time over on https://www.familysearch.org/campaign/rolluptest and use that as my "go-to" page. Yesterday, they added the function in the pop-up page for ordinances, so that after you request one, the icon turns from green to blue and you can keep going until you run out of the ordinances you intend to complete. Another time-saver.
