A very quick one. This record is 1624 and I believe #13 says Ellef in Holm or Heinen. Is this what it says? Thanks

This is what I am reading "Ellef Skelinn i sam[m]e Gaard". I believe it is saying "Ellef Skelinn in the same farm [ie. Ellef Skelinn in Skelinn]."

Oluf Rygh's book on farm names lists a farm, Skjælin søndre, in Borge parish. See here (farm #50): https://www.dokpro.uio.no/perl/navnegransking/rygh_ng/rygh_soek.prl?s=e&AMT=&start=Search&HERRED=&SOGN=Borge&GNAVN=&GNR=&LITTREF=&REFORDF=&BIND=&SIDE=&SOEKESTRENG=&med_amt=on&med_herred=on&med_sogn=on&konkordanse_streng=hurtigliste&sort_tfunn=-&sort_amt=1&sort_herred=2&sort_sogn=3&sort_gard=4 .

If you click on the box to the left of the farm number (50), then click on "Show" at the top of the column, a new tab will open with more information on the name of the farm. This is the page you are taken to in the new tab: https://www.dokpro.uio.no/cgi-bin/navnegransking/rygh_ng/rygh_visetekst.prl?s=e&Vise=Show&KRYSS11807%402697=on .

(If you are using Chrome, you can right-click and it will be translated to English.) It gives "Skiellinn" as a spelling of the farm in 1604.
