Marriage Record No. 23, Lekowo Parish, dated the 17th June 1894, of Stanislaw Adamczyk, a bachelor, 29 years old, son of Jan and Jadwiga, born Grochulska, married couple Adamczyk, born and living with his parents on a farm in Uńkowo (currently Unikowo), and of a maiden, Dorota Reks, 19 years old, born in Wola, Wyszyny Koscielne Parish, daughter of unmarried Anna Reks, working as a servant, living in Uńkowo. Marriage Banns published in Lekowo Parish Church. No prenuptial agreement. The oral permission of mother of the bride was granted. The religious marriage ceremony of Stanislaw Adamczyk and Dorota Reks was performed. Stanislaw Adamczyk at this marriage ceremony recognized in the presence of witnesses, as his daughter, a child, named Stanislawa, born of Dorota Reks on the 25th March 1894.
