Help in contacting a contributor from Argentina

Hi all . I have traced an ancestor of mine from Wales who emigrated to Argentina in 1880s . When i looked on my ancestors profile/sources etc in the memories tag there was a photo of him . So i looked for the contributor and he was a Family member from Argentina. (name removed), now the problem is that when I messaged him in the chat part I have had no reply . So maybe for some reason he did not get the message . Can anyone help me with this query please. Thanks . Oh and I did translate the chat from English to Brazillian .

Many people are not active every day or even every week. It's possible your relative is no longer interested in genealogy.

By the way, if your relative is from Argentina, the language there is Spanish, not Brazilian Portuguese.
