Translation Request - Death Record - Agatha/Agata Krok Moskwa - 1859
Please help with the translation of this death record. I think I have most of it ok. In Fransiscus Krok's (Agatha's son) birth and marriage record she is referred to as Agata or Agatha are these names interchangeable with Agnes? Thank you I appreciate it. Mattie

Death Record no. 2, Zaborow, Roman Catholic Parish, of Agnes (Agnieszka in Polish) Krok, born Moskwa, who died in Glinik Chaczewski (currently Charzewski), House No. 64, on the 13th January 1859, burial on the 15th January 1859, she lived 69 years, she was a widow after death of Simon (Szymon in Polish) Krok, a farmer. Cause of death ordinary or natural.
Mattie, Agnes (Agnieszka) and Agatha (Agata) are not regarded as equivalent, but I have seen both of them exchanged in records. Please check the marriage record of Agnes or Agata Moskwa and Simon Krok, also if they lived in House No. 64 in Glinik.
