@AMLSmith this type of conflict is due to either not linking a standard with the appropriate time period to the displayed place name or by incompleteness of the Places database. In your example, it looks like a Places database problem.
You can request this be fixed by submitting what the area should be called for the missing time periods using the Improve This Place link in the database:
Remember, when the quality checker says there is a conflict, it does not say what the cause of the conflict is. It can be due to something on the profile or by something in an index or other database.
