Translation Request- Latin Death Record (Gervasi, 1740)

This is a parish death record (the lower one) from Denno, Italy for a Gervasio Gervasi (I think) from a microfilm at the LDS Family History Library. I think it says he died August 22, 1740 at 73 but that's all I can make out. Looking for any family info. Any translations would be appreciated.

There's no other family information provided. He received the sacraments, died, and was buried in the cemetery of Santi Gervasio e Protasio.

To follow-up, this is the death record of Gervasio's wife, Maria.
I'd like to confirm that the long word after the underlined surname is referring to her age…in her 50s or is it more specific? I don't think there is any other family info.
