Translation:
Andreas Sigler, cottager in Neudorf No 59, born here in No 59, legitimate son of the deceased Andreas Sigler, former cottager and master tailor from Neudorf No 59 and the deceased Maria Anna née Ditz, farmer's daughter from Neudorf No 44
Katharina, born in Purschau, legitimate daughter of Michael Bauer, farmer in Purschau and Margaretha née Friedl, from Purschau No 48, formerly dominion Tachau, currently imperial-royal District office Tachau, district Eger.
Comment:
All places are in Bohemia, formerly part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, now Czech Republic, near the German-Czech border. Purschau (Pořejov) was destroyed in WWII and doesn't exist as a village any more. Neudorf is a very common village name; the one here is probably now called Nová Ves pod Přimdou. Tachau (Tachov) was the district capital.
