How do I find Living realtives?

Although this website is called "FamilySearch," it is not meant to be a place to find living relatives. The privacy of the living, or even the possibly living, is carefully protected.
There are records that may pertain to your living relatives, but any living relatives in the Tree can only be seen by the contributor who created those profiles.

My question is HOW :)
Do you Guys use Facebook or other places to search?
Or maybe other apps?

I don't specifically search for the living. I have always worked from myself (or a root living person if I'm doing client work), adding what I know, and eventually reaching records that begin to help me fill out the family.
There are a few sites for finding living people, but most are fee-based. I'm not comfortable making recommendations for paywalled sites here in the Community.

As @Áine Ní Donnghaile said, most living person search sites require a fee. And, FamilySearch certainly seeks to protect the privacy of living individuals. However, there are two places you can go which may help you:
The first is FamilySearch's United States Residence Database, 1970-2024
https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/5000290The second is FamilyTreeNow:
https://www.familytreenow.com/However, before jumping in to those, I highly recommend all of the various Newspaper sites. Much can be learned about living people from obituaries, wedding announcements, etc… But, at some point, you will have to spend money to get what you are seeking.

I find some basic information to get you started can be found at US School Yearbook search. The photographs and limited information can be very useful in establishing year of birth, location, etc.
