Space
On a computer screen, especially a wide one, the new page feels too sparse. There is too much empty space. It feels like a reactive web page that is only set for max on a tablet with nothing else to do on a full browser. That may be the design point, but for me it doesn't "feel" right.

@DGrawrock - just a follow-up. Please see the FAQ's for an explanation of why the design has been changed - the page has to fit on numerous screen sizes as world-wide access increases.
