I believe you are in error with respect to the two Ancestry records you have assigned to Francesco Sacco. Those records appear to be same name errors.

Based upon Carmela Sacco's birth record, Francesco was age 50. So his birth year would be 1849 - 1852 since ages of fathers on birth records are usually a bit rough.

I'll see what I can find.

This is the birth record for Carmela's sister, Angelina (they came on the same ship in 1923).
Angelina was born 2 June 1893, her father Francesco is listed as age 43. So, another document pointing us to 1850/1851

EDIT UPDATE:

Francesco Sacco married Filomena Sposata 8 October 1879

Francesco was age 28 on this record with parents of Fortunato and Rosalia Adamo. So, 1851 most likely birth year.
Filomena was age 18, daughter of Giuseppe and Angela Sacco. So, 1861 most likely birth year.
