My best guess is Černá v Pošumaví (until 1950 ) Černá ; German: Schwarzbach.
They do not mention Adelbert's parents which usually indicates that he is not a local person. Schwarzbach is about 35 miles from Mladošovice. If you do not find them there, please let me know and I will look further.

If you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Adalbert Novak was married in 1772, so he was probably at least 18 or older, placing his birthdate 1754 or before. I looked at the early parish records for
Cerna v Posumavi, which didn't start until 1784. and then looked at baptismal records at
Horice na Sumave, which started in 1741, and looked from 1741 to 1760. There was an index at the back of the book, there were no Novaks at all.
Thank you.
