To Do list doesn't order

Great to see a Todo list, the problem is I can't order the items, or go to a place to manage the list. It seems to be meant for just a couple items and I can't put a newer high priority item and disappears below the list. I went to the hamburger menu and tried to drag but that didn't work as is customary.
