@James Albert Dimmitt - The Family History Activity Report counts everyone in the ward aged 12 and over. Do note there is some duplication as "New Converts" are also listed as youth or adults based on their age. Also the Single Adults are also list with the adults.

Do you know if this duplication is being looked into? If so, I hope we are all notified when that is corrected.

@James Albert Dimmitt - I am sorry - I wasn't very clear. There isn't any "duplication" in the normal sense of the word. We have an "adult" stat (the number of members that are older than the YM/YW age - and the report tells us the total number of adults who have submitted at least once this calendar year.) The same goes for the youth. These two numbers (Adults and Youth) are combined for the ward totals as they cover everyone 12 and up.
We also have a "Convert" stat - this statistic is a "pull out" stat - they pull out the info on the converts who are already recorded under either Adults or Youth in other columns. They get their own numbers of submitters for reporting purposes but their info is already reported elsewhere so in this case this is a "duplication" of part of what was already reported but doesn't affect the validity of the report. The same goes for the YSAs - they are already reported in the adults but get "pulled out" also for reporting purposes.
Hope this is as clear as mud. LOL There is no problem - just an interesting way of reporting. Nothing needs correcting.

....so, where do I find the stats for my ward?

@HelenLorrie HelenLorrie - Your access to the Family History Activity Report is from your Priesthood Leaders (Ward Family History Leader, Councilor in EQ over FH, EQP, Bishopric.) They can make a copy for you.
