Please translate Sweden to English estate preface.
This family had two daughters named Britta, both living at the same time and both mentioned in the estate record. Does it shed any light on where the second Britta came from?

Not sure what you're asking for here, she is the daughter of Bryngel Arvidsson in Bråna.
Britta was born 1786-08-24, baptized 1786-08-27 in Järn, birth record, Järn C:3 page 99 or the following link:https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0044477_00065#?c=&m=&s=&cv=64&xywh=525%2C2677%2C3733%2C2529

If you start from Bråna village and look forward you'll see that Bryngel Arvidsson's children where all placed with older siblings or with neighbors

Britta, born 1786 can be found on page 36 in Gunnesbyn as "flickan Britta Bryngelsdotter" Flickan = girl

It is seldom that two children with the same name were alive at the same time. I was wondering if both were born to Bryngel and Anna or if one of them was a grandchild. I know later records make the distinction. But thanks for the extra work.

That is true, A family would most likely not use the same name twice unless the first child died. If we check the first Britta born 1770, I can't find her in the birth records, the first child I can find is Elin, born 1770-11-06 in Bråna. The only Britta is the one above Elin in the birth record.

But if we check the first record in Järna, Britta born 1770 is there,

Right, I didn't see that there was 2 birth record for that time in Järn! If this is correct Britta no 1 was born 1770-09-19 with Elin below, I can't read Brittas row so I might be very wrong.

After giving this some thought I belive that the first Britta's parents are Anders Jonsson and Elisabet Arvidsdotter, Britta was born 1770-09-19 in Bråna. Compare the two birth records above and it's pretty clear I think.

I think you are correct. Thank you so much for your help. Elisabet is possibly Bryngels sister and if she died soon after Britta's birth, Anna would probably have been the wet nurse for both Britta and Elin.

I took another look in the Järn records and I'm not any wiser.. check out the following 3 records in detail.
In the first record we have Lisbet Arvidsdotter with her husband Anders Jonsson in Bråna, the Bryngelsson family is above.https://sok.riksarkivet.se/bildvisning/C0044455_00037#?c=&m=&s=&cv=36&xywh=-28%2C662%2C5249%2C2921
Here we have widow Lisbet Arvidsdotter & Britta Andersdotter & daugters daughter Marja Andersdotter

I'm very confused how this fits together to be honest..

Thanks so much for the additional research on Britta. You are right, it leaves more unanswered questions. The tree on FamilySearch needs more attention. My actual goal right now is to attach sources and exact dates and places to a list of persons and their families entered by a relative. I took over their "list" of names that were taken from a genealogical collection. The collection had no sources and only years and "of" places. I am putting off a detailed search for later, hoping my preliminary search will connect families before diving in.
