    12 9bris wurd begraben: Hans Hug zu Ottenbach, genannt Schmidhans at: 72 mind. 2 Monath

    Was buried on November 12: Hans Hug from Ottenbach, nicknamed Schmidhans, aged 72 and 2 months at least.

    I could not decipher the exact cause of his death, probably some kind of epidemic.
