Numero otto - Gennaro Migliaccio - middle of left page.
Can't decipher the annotation all - possibly a death date based on the year?. Any other subtitles appreciated. I was able to make out the registration date (not sure if it's the birth date), and both parent names and ages.

Yes, it's a death annotation. Looks like he died 4 May 1954, record #98. The town might be Pozzouli but I wouldn't swear to it.
The registration date for the birth is 5 Jan 1874, the birth was 4 Jan (it's on the second line past the death annotation).
