Using the WGfF website... I need help finding where a city would be
Hi! I recently found out about the website wgff.de
I have family in the Trier area, so this helped so much! I used the "ABC-Listen" under "Regionales". (I have Google translate it to English for me to help navigate around. So, I'm sorry if I write something that doesn't make sense!)
I look for the "Einzelne Ortschaften" (individual towns). What a great list! I had family in Dockweiler and they're almost all on that list when I click "Dockweiler".
MY QUESTION:
If I'm looking for family in Kelberg (Hünerbach/Kelberg, Daun, usually they're listed together): is that on this page? I thought that was still in the Trier Diocese, so it would be on this list. But I can't find anything on here so far. I'm not great at the geography of that area yet. I only recently found them in the last few months there, so I'm learning a lot!
I was going to try and schedule a consultation with a Germany Research helper if I couldn't figure it out. (I'm still going through one of the record collections in Kelberg on Family search right now).

Daun is listed by itself in this image, but Hünerbach and Kelberg are not.
If you click on "Angebote der WGfF" (second from left), and then click on "Digitale Bibliothek" (first option on drop-down menu), it will take you to another list of towns, and Daun and Kelberg can be found there, but not Hünerbach. You may have to be a member of WGfF in order to access these entries.

Hello @Rachel S. Mullins,
Kelberg is in the Diocese of Trier.
Here is the link to the Catholic parish registers for Kelberg from the FamilySearch catalog:
Notice under "Notes" in the catalog record that the Kelberg parish registers include Hünerbach and a number of other towns.
Also note the red link entitled "Germany, Rhineland, Diocese of Trier, Catholic Church Records are available here".
Click on this link and you will be able to search for your ancestors in Kelberg.

If you click on Kelberg, rk [roman-catholic] in the list mentioned by @sylviaelchinger1, you will see that Hünerbach is included in the list of villages covered. But to download the "Family book" (50 MB!) you need a membership. If your family has its roots there, membership may be worthwhile (40 Euros a year). You may want to contact the society by email (info@wgff.de).

@sylviaelchinger1 Thank you! I am going to head there as soon as I can.
@Robert Seal_1 Yeah, I've been going through those slides for a while. They aren't complete. There are a lot of baptismal records, cool. But the marriage and death records skip around and are not covering what I need.
I loved when someone showed WGfF to me, and I used that to kinda make a beginning list of where to look in the actual records on FamilySearch. The Halfman family I am trying to trace and put together came to the US from Dockweiler (nearby there) and they are in that section. But they were only there for 1 or 2 generations. They were in Kelberg (Hunderbach) first. I'm having trouble because there are some marriages mixed up for me… I'm trying to figure it all out. I am sooooo grateful we have a lot of records for this area. It is so amazing.
@Ulrich Neitzel Yeah, I might put that on my list for next year. Once I can exhaust all my resources I have now… I will probably do that. It isn't a bad price at all! Especially because for the most part, we have access to so much for free via FamilySearch!
