This birth record may verify that I have found my 5th great-grandmother's birth information and parents.
Could you please translate the birth record in the middle of the page dated 10 December? Marianna is the child and I wonder what the column titles refer to - I am guessing parents and godparents? Could you include the column title translation as well, please?

Birth Record, Parish (?), of Marianna Dutkiewicz, born/baptized on the 20th December 178?, daughter of Josephus (Jozef in Polish) and Anna, married couple Dutkiewicz. Godparents: Laurentius (Wawrzyniec) Dorota and Anna Mindzieczka. Catholics.
There is no birth record on this page of Marianna Osolinska.
