This is a similar request that I previously submitted. The person is Martine Christine Sofie Hansen. She is listed as a foster child of one of my ancestors. I cannot read the last column. I can make out Bukkehave which is a small village in the Nebbelunde parish (Maribo amt). Is a mother or father listed? Sorry the quality of the image is not great.
