    Den 30 Januarij Ist Georg Kallenbach in Neundorff eine junge Tochter zur Welt geboren worden, und folgenden Tags getauft worden. Die Pathin war Martin Ellerbachs Eheweib Elisabetha und genannt worden Catharina Elisabetha. Deus adsit.

    On January 30 a young daughter was born to Georg Kallenbach in Neundorf and baptized the following day. Godmother was Elisabetha, the wife of Martin Ellerbach; [the child] was named Catharina Elisabetha. May the Lord be with her.

    Without context it is difficult to say what the note in the margin means. It could also be a running total of records.
