you have to be in "Tree View" to see the Help Others menu

Click on your name and find Help Others at the bottom of the drop-down.

Hi Anne, Sorry, I tried this but it doesn't appear on my drop-down. Is it restricted to Church members? Mike

Michael, that's your profile for here in the Community, not your main FamilySearch profile. They are not the same.

Yes, it is: non-LDS accounts can be the helpee, but not the helper. We do not have a "Help Others" option below "Sign Out".
