Here's my additions to your transcription, in bold -
Daniel Härlen. Den 27 November. 1655. [?] Deus addit.
And the translation -
Daniel Härlen. On the 27 November. 1655. Daniel Härlin, legitimate son of Andreas Härlin, citizen, and Anna Margaretha, surviving daughter of the blessed deceased Jacob Asimus, citizen and resident of [Hoff?] were married and blessed in an orderly way. [?] Deus addit.
Note - there's some really tiny writing between zum and Hoff, which might be the name of the Hoff, i.e. manor or estate. Maybe someone with a bigger monitor than mine can make out this lettering.

My sincere thanks, Ulrich Neitzel! The words are especially lovely. Many of these records express sentiments that are unexpected in a time when society was so rigid. ❤️
