    Here's the translation -

    Luise Mathilde, the first child and the first daughter of Johann Sebastian Jung, resident and raftsman, and his wife Elisabethe Christine nee Krach, was born on the thirteenth (13) February, in the evening at 5 o'clock, and baptized on 24 Febr. Godmother was Luise Jung, maiden, second daughter of the deceased Andreas Jung, wood merchant, and Eva nee Krach.
