Here's the translation -
Born and baptized A[nn]o 1764
September
the 23rd
Johann Christian Eißenbeißer's, day laborer in Unterlangenstadt, wife Gertraud nee Kolb, gave birth to twins, the first was born at midday at 12 o'clock, the second was born in the afternoon at 2 o'clock; because of weakness they were baptized the same day in Unterlangenstadt. The godfather of the first was Georg Anthon, step-son of Mr. Peter Lorbeer, Redwitz hunter [gamekeeper] in Unterlangenstadt, and the child was named Georg Anthon. The godfather for the other one however was the child's father's brother Georg Eißenbeißer, oldest son of the deceased Sebastian Eißenbeißer of Haÿn [Hain], at the time serving in Weÿdnitz [Weidnitz], and the child was named Georg.
Note that the entry at the bottom of the page is for a child of Andreas Büttner, who has appeared as a father-in-law in some of your other records (can't remember which right now).
