Need help to find Walter Lazlo in Jaroslaw

Walter Lazlo - GH32-7JZ was bon in Jaroslaw, Austria either in 1885-01-21 or 1897-01-20. His surname could also be Hemsing Lazlo, his parents was Albert and Agnes, Agnes Lived in Jaroslaw according to Walter's WW1 registration card. In his WW2 registratorn card he just wrote Poland as birth place. He married Olga Karolina Edman from Sweden in Otter Tail, Minnesota in 1919. Is this a dead end? I can't find anything other then the american records
