The word before Patriz is weil[and] = deceased.
The cause of death looks like Tekfluss to me. However, the first letter, which at first glance looks like a capital T, has a small curl to it. Maybe this makes the letter to the combination "St-", thus "Ste[c]kfluss", which means asthma, pulmonary oedema.
The time of death is "Nachmittags halb 3. Uhr" which means 2:30 p.m.
