Hello! Please help me find my great-grandfather's parents. My great-grandfather's name was Fyodor Vasilyevich Kushnikov. He was born on April 6, 1918 in Onega, Arkhangelsk region, USSR.

I'd start with Arkhangelsk archive, they have a decent online access but it's limited only to citizens of Russia as it requires having account on Gosuslugi. Either way the files you'd likely be more interested in aren't digitized, should be something like Фонд № Р-6083. Оп.12. Д. 2
